Our essential kit for efficient, consistent service at any event.

From shakers to strainers, this is the dependable setup our team brings to weddings, private events, and venue service. Tough, easy to sanitize, and built for speed when lines get long.
Shaker + Strainer: The bread and butter. Consistent shake and clean pours all night. Fairly self-explanatory. One of the few essentials for a bartender.
Cobbler Shaker: We're of the opinion that a good bartender will have two shakers and our favorite wingman to the Boston Shaker is the infamous Cobbler. When lines get long and things need to pick up speed, the cobbler can make those side drinks like a breeze and leave the four-margarita order to the big guy.
Jiggers: Accurate ratios for balanced cocktails, every time. Counts are well and good, but when the father of the bride wants a classic, this takes away that pesky human error and delivers the best, at least according to the recipe book.
Bar Spoon & Muddler: Proper dilution and extraction without overworking the drink. The muddler is essential because just that one tool opens up the possibility of countless drinks you otherwise couldn't make (at least properly). As for the bar spoon, it allows for a perfect mix without the harshness or the over-watering of a shaker. The crushing power of the muddler and the velvet gentleness of the bar spoon are our favorite 'Yin and Yang' of the craft.
Openers & Wine Keys: Seamless beer and wine service alongside cocktails. If you don't have these and you have a corked red or a non-twist-off bottled beer, you might as well not show up. Keep it simple, keep it classy, and bring a wine key and beer opener. These are the tools that separate the hobbyists from the professionals. They ensure that every bottle, whether corked or capped, is opened with effortless speed and zero hassle.
Service Tubs & Ice Scoops: The lifeblood of most cocktails. As much as I bet you'd like a room temperature margarita, I'd personally check off ice as the most important thing at a bar. You hand a good bartender a bunch of bottles and they can make it work, but if you don't have ice and preferably a quality scoop I'd say you're out of luck.
Pour Spouts, Bar Mats, and Towels: The Holy Trinity of Convenience. Preparedness is what separates a clean bar from a messy one. We always have a towel for the guest, a bar mat for the station, and pour spouts for the bottles. When service hits top speed and 'drops of Jupiter' start splashing, these tools keep the mess down and the pace up. Pour spouts alone increase our efficiency tenfold while keeping every ounce controlled. These are for when you don't just show up, you show up prepared.
Great tools mean faster service, fewer remakes, and consistent guest experiences. If you're planning a menu, we're happy to recommend a tailored kit to match your cocktails and headcount. We hope you enjoyed the tidbits, and we can't wait to see you in the next one. As always, take care and good luck.
